Pupils Shine at Speech and Drama Festival

Bablake Junior Pupils Sparkle and Shine!! 

Almost fifty  Bablake Junior pupils took part in the Coventry Festival of Speech and Drama last weekend and swept the board with their outstanding performances. A great deal of practise had clearly taken place under the guidance of their teachers Miss Davies, Mrs Knibb and Mrs Jasper.

Katy Davis won the Gazey Cup, Alex Starling and Manav Jaspal won their age group's Humorous Verse section whilst Alex Price won  the Prose Speaking. Everyone excelled and there were many memorable moments. The experience will be of great help as the children grow older and have to face audiences again.
